About us
The Fitness Competitor's Guide grew out of frustration with the lack of information about the division.
A lot of potential competitors shy away from the division because of a lot of misconceptions. They think they need to incorporate backhandsprings and crazy acrobatics in their routine, but that's not true! Additionally, there isn't a lot of information availabe about the division which makes it difficult to learn and figure out how to get started.
We want to change that perception and make it easier for any woman to get started! Fitness competitors range from elite athletes to people who just want to be more fit and athletic.
It doesn't matter where you're starting, you can become a fitness athlete too!
